Adekunle Omotayo Saheed
He holds a National Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Engineering from Yaba College of Technology (Yabatech), a B.A.Ed. in Islamic Studies from Lagos State University (LASU), and an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from LASU. He also earned a Professional MBA in Social Enterprise from Roxbourg Institute of Social Enterprise, Switzerland, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Counselling Psychology at LASU. His professional interests include couples guidance and mental health.
He has attended and facilitated numerous trainings and workshops across Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Egypt, and the United Kingdom, and has facilitated up to 140 premarital counselling sessions.
He serves as the Lead Missioner of the NASFAT Mission Board, Ikoyi Dolphin Outreach, and is a member of the National Counselling Committee. He is also a board member of NAZAS, a member of the Governing Council of NMI, a member of the NASFAT Youth Board of Trustees, and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, among other professional bodies. He currently lectures at the Lagos State University of Education.
He is married and blessed with children.
Folashade Ajayi
She holds a degree in Business Management from Abia State University and advanced certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Counseling, Positive Psychiatry, and Mental Health from the University of Sydney, Australia. Her diverse training equips her to address the emotional, psychological, and practical dimensions of marital and family relationships.
With over two decades of experience, Folashade has designed and facilitated impactful programs that promote understanding, communication, trust, and harmony among couples and families. As Executive Director of the Life Skills Empowerment Initiative (LSEI), she leads initiatives that strengthen relational health, mental wellness, and positive communication within homes, workplaces, and communities.
A respected author and international facilitator, she has spoken at marriage conferences, leadership institutes, and professional forums, including the University of Lagos International Colloquium and the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement Centre, where she has served as an external facilitator since 2013.
Driven by faith and a passion for transformation, Folashade integrates biblical principles with modern relationship insights to guide couples toward lasting love, mutual respect, and shared purpose.
She is happily married to Dr. Dele Ajayi, and together they are committed to empowering marriages and families through teaching, mentoring, and ministry. They reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with their three wonderful children.
Pastor(Dr) Emmanuel Temilade Oladele
Born into the royal family of Late Pa Johnson Aromasodu, Oba Olorunsogo of the Oladele Dynasty, Iludun Ekiti, Ekiti State, he demonstrated exceptional academic brilliance early in life, serving as Senior Prefect in secondary school and ranking first in 16 out of 18 subjects.
He holds an HND in Business Management (Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti), a B.Sc. in Accounting (Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma), an MBA (University of Ado Ekiti), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology (RCCG School of Disciples & Bible College). He is also a recipient of the NYSC State Award for outstanding service and holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Education and Theology. He is currently awaiting the completion of his Academic PhD.
Professionally, he has served as Finance and Account Manager in the private sector and later joined the Federal Civil Service, where he held strategic positions including Head of Administration, Federal Ministry of Information, and Pioneer Registrar of Marriages, Federal Marriage Registry, Benin City.
He is a Fellow and member of several reputable professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
A Senior Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, he is also the Pioneer and current President of the Institute of Marriage Administrators and Counselors of Nigeria. An accomplished author, public speaker, and family coach, Pastor Oladele is devoted to leadership, faith, and family development.
Lola Vivour-Adeniyi
She has been instrumental in ensuring a proactive and coordinated response to Sexual and Gender-Based Violence in Lagos State. She currently serves as the pioneer Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency where she leads her team of over a 150 dedicated professionals.
She is an author of several books for children on Domestic Violence, Civic education, Sexual Violence & Self-love/Body Safety. She also published her memoir in a book titled ‘Living for a higher purpose, Inspiring hope through the Nigerian Public Service’ in December 2022.
As a consultant, she has worked with national and international organizations including British Council, (European Union Funded ROLAC) World Bank and United Nations projects. She continues to provide technical support for development of SGBV Response models for other States of the Federation. In a bid to contribute to research and development , Lola has co-authored various papers which have been delivered at various international fora.
Lola is an alumnus of Middlesex University and has her master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of East London . She is an alumnus of prestigious leadership and governance programs, including the School of Politics, Policy & Governance (SPPG), the London School of Economics as well as Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Her extensive leadership trainings, coupled with her vast experience has made her an exemplary leader, recognised for her ability to inspire teams, drive strategic and sustainable initiatives and deliver impactful results in governance and public service.
Lola is also a recipient of various awards including the Woman of the Year Award, 2024 and the Partnership and Appreciation Award, presented by the Federal Republic of Nigeria
